Atelier Arts Sciences is one of the three open labs at CEA located at the Minatec Campus in Grenoble.
Atelier Arts Sciences is a common research platform joining Hexagone Scène Nationale Arts Sciences and CEA whose goal is to spark creativity and innovation at the conjunction of art and science by creating a framework for prolific encounters between artists and scientists.
The Atelier provides opportunities for artists and scientists to work together on common research projects (called residency) that lead to a public presentation in the form of a stage production, installation, exhibition, performance, connected object, text, software or new methodologies.
The disposal Fresque#2 of the artist Lionel Palun is the result of one residency that addresses several issues : datas, capitation in the public area, creation of imagery, behavioural science, artificial intelligence.
